Florence and the Machine
Florence & the Machine‘s highly anticipated album is scheduled to be released in a couple of weeks. I am super excited for this one. My excitement comes mostly from the beautiful Maida Vale sessions she’s done in the past couple of years. Florence Welch’s powerful vocals are impossible to ignore. At times she sings like a delicate angel come down from the heavens to pass on an important message, at others the power of her voice can knock you over. oh man just saw this post and had to comment. ive been in love with florence this year. her voice is spectacular – and have you heard her cover of springsteen’s Going Down with Kid Harpoon? I think i posted it sometime a while back, but it’s fantastic. She and Marina Diamond have a lot in common, and theyre both great.
